Renee Tate

Work Life Advocate

M.A. Clinical Psychology with emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, B.A. Sociology

Renee has been a wellbeing advocate for over 10 years through her work in the nonprofit industry. Often championing for and instituting work-life balance initiatives in overworked and under-resourced organizations, Renee has found the most meaningful work happens when colleagues feel valued and respected through both benefits and work-policies. She knows that engaging in work that feels values aligned and honors the humanness of all is important to mitigate burnout, strengthen individual and collective wellbeing and culture. Renee is a trained therapist and meditation teacher interested in providing individuals and groups with skills that allow them to flourish in their chosen industries and ultimately in their life. She uses her skills, training and education to support others navigating work-style differentials, conflict resolution, burnout, and to help increase self-awareness, wellbeing and workplace boundaries.
