Masters of Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, Licensed Behavior Specialist
Lauren had her entry into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2011 at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Autism Resource Center. Since then, she has acquired a vast array of experience and knowledge in various areas of the field. Her expertise ranges from collaboration with Autistic youth and their caregivers, assessment and intervention planning for youth with Social Emotional needs and histories of trauma, training and coaching of educational administrators and teachers, and leadership coaching. Lauren is passionate about behavior change, and believes that progress happens when outcomes are targeted in the context of care: where relationships come first, and everything else comes second. Additionally, she is a working mother of two, and believes that work life balance can not be achieved without evaluating the whole environment. Her expertise includes arranging your environment to achieve the best outcomes, and putting systems in place that support daily growth.
