Joey Kopriva

Joey is a higher education professional with 10 years of experience in leadership development, wellness support, team building, policy/procedure development and implementation, and project management. Currently, as Director of Residential Life at Columbia University, Joey directly supervises seven professionals and has broad oversight of over 100 staff. Joey is a dynamic, strategic leader who focuses his supervision and development on pragmatism, solution-finding, and growth-based experiences. Joey also has experience leading strategic membership engagement as well as donor relations via his volunteer roles with NASPA, the international professional organization for higher education professionals.
