Joelle Tolifero

Joelle Tolifero is the Founder and CEO of Your Care Collective (YCC) which builds virtual well-being communities and programs for independent workers and educational and enterprise organizations. Her career serving students in crisis and underserved populations globally led to her focus on wellness as a means of empowerment for change in individuals, organizations and ultimately the world. Joelle has her BA in Political Science & Social Studies Education from West Chester University and her Masters in International Transcultural Studies from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Since its founding, Your Care Collective has been honored as a Founded in Philly company. Joelle and YCC have helped organizations like The University of Oregon and City Year Philadelphia increase their employees’ well-being and supported more than 250 individuals in meeting their work-life goals.
